Prior to co-founding Sphinx he led the Air Force Digital Service and digital service teams at the Departments of State and Commerce. Previously he supported the United States and its allies across the Middle East and Central Asia as a conflict stabilization expert. Through Sphinx Hunter is focused on ensuring that the United States maintains a decisive advantage in the space domain.
